SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

Lumio Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers mobile text messaging programs to communicate with our business clients, partners, and prospective customers. These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in, opt-in to, and interaction with our text messaging automation services.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description & Types of Messages

When you opt-in to our text messaging program, or when you interact with our automated systems (such as our missed call response systems or lead engines), you may receive text messages regarding:

  • Customer Support & Account Management: Onboarding assistance, system updates, billing reminders, and direct support.

  • AI System Demos & Testing: Live interactions demonstrating our automation features (e.g., missed call text-backs, speed-to-lead testing).

  • Marketing & Nurturing: Promotional updates, system optimization tips, and follow-ups on inquiries or requested estimates.

2. User Opt-In and Consent

  • Explicit Consent: You will only receive text messages from Lumio Labs LLC if you have explicitly provided your mobile phone number and consented to receive automated messages. Consent may be obtained via web forms (checking an un-pre-checked checkbox), keyword opt-ins (e.g., texting a word to our number), or by initiating an inbound text message or phone call to our automated lines.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your consent is strictly for Lumio Labs LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share your text messaging opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our platforms, your specific account configurations, or the support tickets you have open.

3. Message & Data Rates May Apply

Lumio Labs LLC does not charge you to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan details for standard text messaging rates, as data and roaming charges may apply depending on your carrier plan.

4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel or opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time.

  • To stop receiving messages, simply text STOP to the phone number from which you received the message.

  • After texting STOP, you will receive a single final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from that specific text program. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.

5. How to Get Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with our text messaging program or have questions about how our automation works, you can get assistance instantly:

6. Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program is compatible with major mobile carriers across the United States. However, please note that T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends entirely on your local mobile network conditions.

7. Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time to maintain alignment with changing wireless carrier regulations (10DLC guidelines) and federal laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with the modified "Effective Date" at the top.
